The petitioner is an accused in connection with Giridih (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the Police and from his possession a mobile and a SIM were recovered. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in cyber-crime. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that no complaint has been made by any victim. 5. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.12.2025. 6. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
