No. 31914 of 2024 on further condition that the petitioner shall additionally deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/-. The petitioner shall therefore deposit a total sum of Rs.2,500/- on or before 20.01.2026, failing which the order passed shall stand vacated without reference to this Court. 4.
