Taking note of the fact that the instant matters revolve around identical factual matrix, are interwoven and the same have been filed with identical prayers, the same were listed together. The present petitions have been filed with the following prayers:- “(i) The respondent No.1 and 2 be commanded to seek compliance with amended notification dated 29.05.2017 [2026:RJ-JP:21522] (4 of 4) [CW-12617/2017] with regard to appointment of staff with modified eligibility criteria from academic session 2018-19 or to grant reasonable time of at least 6 months for carrying out needful changes in staffing pattern. (ii) The last date for filing of affidavits for accreditation i.e. 31.07.2017 be accordingly extended at least by 6 months. (iii) The respondent No. 1 and 3 be directed to keep the exercise of accreditation on hold till suitable changes in staff is made by institution.” 2. No one has marked presence on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Perused the file. 4. On perusal of the prayer, it is reflected that the petitions as on date have become infructuous, as the prayers are qua a relief sought to the year 2018-2019, qua grant reasonable time of at least for six months for carrying out needful changes in the staffing pattern and for extension of cutoff date that is 31.07.2017 to be extended by six months. 5. It appears that with efflux of time, the instant petitions appears to be rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
