This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of .pre-arrest bail in respect of Basistha P.S. Case No.94/2026. Page No.# 2/2 3. This Court on 01.04.2026 granted interim bail to the petitioner and pursuant to the interim bail, the petitioner Kaushik Barua has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the investigation. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner Kaushik Barua does not deserve to be detained in custody. For that reason, his Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Kaushik Barua by this Court on 01.04.2026 is hereby made absolute.
