The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction (s) to the respondents concerned specially the R. N. 5 to stop / close the jamabandi illegally opened for an area of 4.44 Acres in the name of Saiyad Kashim (R. N. 8) with respect to the land appertaining to Khata No. 31, Plot No. 465, 466, 467, 468, 469 measuring an area of 2.07 Acre (belonging to the petitioners no. 1 & 2) and Khata No. 31, Plot No. 440, 441, 442,379, 453 measuring an area of 2.37 Acre, (Total 4.44 Acres) situated Mauza -Bishrampur, Revenue Thana No. 15, P. S. Khelari, District - Ranchi. And for a direction to the respondents concerned to not grab/snatch away the valuable property of the petitioners illegally. And for any other writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for doing conscionable justice with the petitioners.” 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 3.
