VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.13279/2024 [KLR-RR/SUR]. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to consider complainant's representation dated 17.01.2024 within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of the order. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16771-DB CCC No. 555 of 2025 2. The accused has filed a statement of compliance enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 29.11.2025 which indicates that a case has been registered before the Assistant Commissioner and that further action in accordance with the Rules would be taken on the basis of the final order passed by the Assistant Commissioner. 3. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite to initiate any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, the Assistant Commissioner is directed to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of eight weeks from today.
