PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge dated 14.11.2022 in WP.No.18891/2022, wherein the learned Single Judge has directed the authorities to consider the application of the complainant in accordance - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8790-DB C.C.C. No.622/2023 with law and they were permitted to solicit the information. 2. The accused entered appearance and the Tahasildar, Yelahanka Taluk, Bengaluru Urban District, Bengaluru has filed an affidavit. The counter affidavit filed by the accused indicates that the accused has issued notice dated 03.04.2025 to the complainant requesting to appear along with the documents. The copies of the notice are produced. The affidavit also indicates that despite the notice, the complainant has failed to appear and produced an affidavit. 3. In view of the aforesaid affidavit and notice, we are of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped. 4.
