Respondents are represented. It appears from the record that, a statutory appeal was filed on December 04, 2024. Such appeal arises out of RC Case No.470 of 2019.Such appeal is yet to be heard and disposed of. In such circumstances it would be appropriate to direct the appellate authority being the respondent to hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date communication of this order to it. The respondent will no doubt afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Respondent is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents as the respondent deems appropriate.
