The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / appellants submitted that in the final decree proceedings, the respondents 2 and 3 viz., Farhaari Shareef and H.Adnaan Shareef have already been declared as majors. A copy of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the V Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.Nos.10 to 13 of 2024 declaring Respondents 2 and 3 as majors and discharging the first respondent from the guardianship has also been enclosed in the typed-set of papers. 4.
