IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI
B.A. No. 1212 of 2026
Krishna Yadav @ Sultanji
… … Petitioner
Versus
The State of Jharkhand.
… Opposite Party
------- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY
-------
For the Petitioner : Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate
For the Opp. Party : A.P.P.
-------
02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No.21 of 2023.
It has been alleged that miscreants had stopped construction work and snatched the mobile of the labourers.
Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused and one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has 52 criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected at this stage.
