(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.187 of 2023, under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1724 of 2023, was rejected on 21.02.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.282 of 2024, was dismissed in non-prosecution on 04.03.2025. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
