This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 22.04.2026 passed in ABLAPL No.2690 of 2026. 2. Vide order dated 22.04.2026 the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been allowed and it is directed that the petitioner shall be released by the Arresting Officer in the event of his arrest pertaining to the case arising out of Daringbadi Excise Station P.R. Case No.54/2025-26 corresponding to 2(a) CC No. 27/2025 pending in the court of learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Baliguda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the I.O. of the present case has already filed the charge sheet showing the petitioner as absconder. Therefore, he seeks modification of the order dated 22.04.2026 and submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. 4. For the reasons stated in the application and regard being had to be submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to surrender before the court below and move appropriate application for bail. If such application is filed, it is expected that the courts below shall decide the same in terms of the order dated 22.04.2026. 5.
