By way of this application, the applicant is seeking early hearing of the writ petition bearing WP(C) No.6974/2024. It appears that the petitioner by filing the aforesaid writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.06.2024 dismissing the petitioner from service and the appellate order dated 19.11.2024 dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioner. It further appears that the pleadings in the aforesaid writ proceeding have been completed.
