Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment, dated 26.12.2024, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 16164/2024. 2 On the last date of hearing, it was pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that against the said judgment, the respondent has preferred an LPA which is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the Judgment ?Yes 2 3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of order, dated 06.05.2026, as per which, operation and execution of the aforesaid judgment dated 26.12.2024 stands stayed. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant petition can be closed for the time being, reserving liberty to the petitioner, to revive the present proceedings, by filing an appropriate application, in case his grievance(s) remains unaddressed.
