Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records pertaining to case of the petitioner. 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to construct the Anganbadi Centre at Village Rasdipa (Rasaldipa) as approved by the order dated 05.11.2020 (Annexure P/1), in accordance with law. 10.3 To kindly grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case. 2. The Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 26.06.2025 passed in WPC No. 290/2021, had given a specific direction that the petitioner and main contesting party i.e. Gram Panchayat, Pandrapath, through Its Secretary (respondent No. 6) are permitted to approach the concerned Collector alongwith the relevant documents including the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat, Pandrapath within a period of 30 days and, in turn, the concerned Collector is directed to look into the matter and take an appropriate decision within a further period of 90 days. 3. When specific question was posed to the counsel for the petitioner that whether he had approached the concerned Collector, he stated that he had filed an application before the concerned Collector, but such application has not been filed. 4. In view of foregoing discussion, instant writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach the concerned Collector, as directed by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2025 passed in WPC No. 290 of 2021 and obtain appropriate orders from the concerned Collector on the application filed by him. 5. With the aforesaid observation (s) & direction (s), the writ petition stands disposed of. No cost (s). 6. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stands disposed of.
