The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19091 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the Respondents to reconsider the case of the Petitioner in terms of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.36252 of 2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. Pursuant thereto, Respondent No.1 passed a Speaking Order vide Memo in Rc.No.175/E2/2025, dated 30.04.2026. 2. Though the counsel for the Petitioner submitted his arguments regarding the correctness of the Speaking Order passed by Respondent No.1, this Court considering the scope of the Contempt Case, is not inclined to go into the correctness of the Speaking Order. 3. In the light of passing of Speaking Order by Respondent No.1, the Contempt Case is closed. The Petitioner is at liberty to seek for challenging the Speaking Order in an independent Writ Petition. 4 4. No order as to costs. 5.
