However, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner the case, which is sought to be quashed, is only S.C.No.83 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court No.I, Puducherry and not C.C.No.2 of 2024 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.
