This Court is of the considered view that this petition is premature because as of now, no action, which could be termed as punitive qua the petitioner, has been taken by the Authority. Besides this, this Court has no reason not to believe that the Authority shall follow due process while dealing with the case of the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, being premature, but with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh as and when cause of action accrues.
