After noticing the said defect, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition by arraying the proper and necessary parties. 3. Accordingly, recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law.
