In the absence of there being any allegation that the construction has been raised on a public land/street/road and how such construction is affecting any of the rights of the petitioner, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending or to examine the same at the instance of the petitioner, who lacks locus. 3. We leave it open for the local body to examine the complaint, if any made with regard to the alleged construction. p. 3 WP No.50510 of 2025 Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
