Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. It is submitted that charge- sheet has already been submitted vide CS No. 469/2025 dated 30.12.2025. 3. IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already appeared before the I.O pursuant to interim protection granted by the Court and he shall appear before the learned Court below. Until such time he may be granted interim protection. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Court below on or before the next date fixed i.e., 16.07.2026. Till then the order of interim pre arrest bail shall remain inforce. 4.
