Learned counsel for respondents submits that reply has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that she is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking permission of this Court to submit representation before the Transfer Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy to consider grievance of employees against transfer, raising all the grounds as available to petitioner for challenging the impugned transfer order. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking permission to submit representation before the Transfer Committee, he is having no objection. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to interim order passed by this Court in favour of petitioner, he is still working at his earlier place of posting; no other employee is posted in place of petitioner and therefore, till decision is taken on representation to be submitted by petitioner, some interim protection be granted. 5. Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 3 6. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before the Transfer Committee constituted under the Transfer Policy within ten days, raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition. If such a representation is submitted by petitioner, the Committee shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 7. Till the representation of petitioner is decided, status quo, as it exists today with respect to posting of petitioner, shall be maintained by the parties. 8. Certified copy as per rules.
