The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and she is in peaceful possession of the same. The petitioner has filed supporting documents before this Court to support her contentions. The petitioner has applied for patta with the respondents. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
