GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.19933 of 2026 ORDER: It appears from a reading of the writ affidavit that the petitioner herein has invoked the provisions of Section 87 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act 30 of 1987) and filed Appeal Case No.14 of 2026 and I.A.No.303 of 2026 before the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Amaravati at Pedakakani (V & M), Guntur District, with a prayer to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property of land of Acs.8.10 cents in Sy.No.98/1 in Chowdayapalem Village, Repalle Mandal, Bapatla District. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Writ Petition is filed due to non-appointing of the Presiding Officer in the Tribunal and now, the Tribunal is working and hence, prayed to request this Court to close the present Writ Petition, permitting the petitioner to proceed with the Appeal Case No.14 of 2026 and I.A.No.303 of 2026 pending with the Tribunal. 3.
