G.P. for Finance Planning The Court made the following: 2 W.P.No.7855 of 2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for with-holding the admitted amount of Rs.21,83,670/- (Rupees twenty one lakhs eighty three thousand six hundred and seventy only) for supply of tractor operated sprayer, rotovators 5 ft., seed cum fertilizer drill, powered knapsack sprayer under the SMAM and RKVY schemes for the year 2018-2019 to 2021-2022 through DBT mode to the farmers on subsidy basis is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and for consequently direct the respondents to pay Rs.21,83,670/- (Rupees twenty one lakhs eighty three thousand six hundred and seventy only) with interest and other reliefs and to pass…” 2. Ms. K. Sri Lakshmi, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested to close the writ petition as the amount claimed by the petitioner had been received. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture is present. 4. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
