This Court vide order dated 23.09.2025, in Crl.O.P.Nop.24586 of 2025, had granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions. However, the petitioner had failed to execute the sureties within time stipulated by this Court and thereafter, moved a petition seeking extension of time to execute the sureties and subsequently, he failed to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. Now the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail without any valid reasons, which is not maintainable. Hence, I not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
