This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2827 of 2023. Heard Sri M.Venkatesh, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.Venkatesh, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2827 of 2023. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
