D. Abhyankar, Advocate for petitioner. Smt K. H . Bhondge, AGP for respondent No.7. CORAM : NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, J. DATED : 8th September, 2026 Heard Shri S. D. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition challenges the order dated 19/12/2025 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner-II, Nagpur in Revision Application No.07/2012. By way of interim order, the said Authority has dismissed the revision application No.07/2012. 3. The fact which prompted the Authority to dismiss the revision was that an application for withdrawal was filed by the non-applicant herein. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that even though the said order of dismissing revision would not have any bearing. The only effect it would have that the earlier order impugned in the revision of 12/01/2012 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner would attain finality. He however, also admits that subsequent acceptance of Change Report would be challenged by him in accordance with the provisions of law. 2026:BHC-NAG:11993 2 17-WP-5956-26.odt 5. Be that as it may. The grounds which would be available for the present petitioner against acceptance of Change Report would not be specifically hampered by the withdrawal of revision. 6. Leaving those grounds open, the petition is rejected. 7. No order as to costs. (NANDESH S. DESHPANDE,J.) Asmita Signed by: Smt. Asmita A.
