After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned. 5. Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned within a month from today.
