The learned counsel submits that withdrawal of the petitioner No.3 would not prejudice the case of any of the parties. Mr. Imti Imsong, learned Addl. A.G appearing for the State respondents and Ms. Esther, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners in the writ petition submits that they have no objection to the prayer made by the applicant.
