1. Heard Mr. Samrat S. Hajare, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. C. D. Mali, learned A.P..P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 – State.
2. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantial relief:
“a) That the Hon’ble Court be pleased to release the Applicant on Bail in the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.242 of 2026 with Bhuinj Police Station for the offences punishable u/Sec. 109, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.” Shantanu S. 3. After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Samrat S. Hajare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over to take instructions from the Applicant. After sometime, at his request, this Application was taken up.
4. Mr. Samrat S. Hajare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application.
5. This request is not opposed by Mr. C. D. Mali, learned A.P.P. for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 – State.
6. In view of the statement made by Mr. Samrat S. Hajare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Application.
7. Anticipatory Bail Application No.513 of 2026 is dismissed and
disposed of as withdrawn.
