By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief:- “A. Admit this writ petition. B. Declare the repeated issuance of challans for the same alleged violation within short intervals as illegal and unconstitutional. C. Direct 0pp. Party Nos. 1 and 2 to withdraw the challans vide Annexure-1 Series and 2 Series. D. Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) to the Opp. Parties as deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court for the ends of justice.” 3. Having regard to the nature of the relief prayed for herein, and in the absence of any order passed by the appropriate authority, this Court cannot entertain the present writ application. 4. The Petitioner is accordingly, permitted to withdraw the application with a liberty to make an application before the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievance, in accordance with law. 5.
