This interlocutory application has been filed seeking impleadment of the informant, namely Shri Biri Taling, as respondent No. 2 in Crl. Petn. No. 142(AP)/2026. 3. It is submitted that, due to inadvertence, the said informant was not arrayed as a party respondent in the aforesaid criminal petition. Accordingly, the applicant seeks permission to implead him as respondent No. 2. 4. The prayer so made has not been opposed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. 6. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title by impleading Shri Biri Taling as respondent No. 2 in Crl. Petn.
