1. This is an application for restoration of W.P.(227) No.402 of 2020.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit on 15.4.2025, due to unavoidable circumstances, no one could appear when the matter was taken up for hearing. He would submit that the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the case. He would pray to allow this application.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. I have heard learned counsel for parties and perused the documents available on record.
5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and the reasons assigned in the application, the application for restoration is allowed and WP(227) No.402 of 2020 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to High Court Bar Library Fund.
