No. 27324 of 2025 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents Nos. 5 and 6 issued orders dated 30.09.2022 (respondent No. 6) and 25.01.2023 (respondent No. 5) in inclusion of the inam lands of the petitioners' property in old survey No. 71/P and new survey No. 2/1,2/2, 2/3 measuring an extent of Ac. 4.18 Cts. of Mudasarlova Village of Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal of Visakhapatnam District in the prohibited list of Item Nos. 1 and 2 under Section 22 - A (1) (a) of the Registration Act as the petitioners are the owners of the said lands under ryotwari patta, is illegal, arbitrary, abuse of power, and a violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the concerned respondents to delete the lands from the prohibited list in Item Nos. 1 and 2 under Section 22-A (1) (a) of the Registration Act and to pass such other order as deemed fit. 2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, is present. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and filed a memo dated 05.08.2026 to that effect and prayed to grant liberty to the petitioners for filing a fresh writ petition. 4.
