The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Government Order/Structure (+Bkapk) bearing Government Order No.86/XVIIA- 01/2026-24(04)/2008 (E-41790) dated 11.02.2026, issued by the State Government. (Contained as Annexure No.3 and Page No.39 to 48 to this writ petition). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 30.06.2026, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Government Ashram Type Higher Might Secondary School, Bidora, District Udham Singh Nagar to Government Ashram Type Higher Secondary School, Munsiyari District Pithoragarh. (Contained as Annexure No.4 and Page No.49 to 51 this writ petition). III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the relieving order dated 02.07.2026, issued pursuant to the transfer order dated 30.06.2026. Learned State Counsel points out that in WPSB Nos.439 & 440 of 2026, the same Government Order as well as the order of transfer of persons working as Chief Administrative Officer, were under challenge and the writ petition has been dismissed on 14.07.2026. He submits that the controversy is concluded by the said order, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
