1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.527/2023 registered at Police Station Roopwas, District Bharatpur for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 384 & 120B of IPC.
2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of factual report received from SHO Bharatpur, that after investigation, Final Report (Negative) has been submitted before the concerned Court on 07.10.2024. Hence, under changed circumstances the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. Considering the above, the instant petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit appropriate application before the concerned Court for redressal of his grievances.

4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
