The present Criminal Revision has been preferred by the revisionist seeking quashing of the order dated 01.03.2023, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-II, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Family Suit (Criminal Case) No. 394 of 2016, Smt. Geeta Dumka and Others vs. Taradatt Dumka, whereby the application filed by the respondents under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been allowed and the revisionist has been directed to pay monthly maintenance of Rs. 3,000/-, Rs. 4,000/- and Rs. 5,000/- to respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, respectively.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the revisionist and respondent no. 1 have resumed cohabitation and have been residing together as husband and wife since 11.05.2026. In support of the said submission, Misc. Application (IA No. 09 of 2026) has been filed, wherein it has been stated that the parties, namely, the husband and wife, have amicably settled and resolved all their disputes and differences and have decided to reside together peacefully as husband and wife of their own free will and volition, without any pressure, coercion or undue influence from any person whatsoever.
4. The revisionist is present in person before this Court, whereas respondent no. 1 has appeared through video conferencing.
5. Upon interaction, both of them have

2026:UHC:5727 affirmed the contents of the aforesaid application and stated that they are residing together and intend to continue their matrimonial relationship peacefully.
6. In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision stands disposed of.
