This application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking correction of the particulars appearing on page No. 2 of the main petition, being Crl. Petn. No. 146(AP)/2026. 3. Mr. Tara, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the cause title on page No. 2 of Crl. Petn. No. 146(AP)/2026 reflects the relief as "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or Certiorari" instead of "Issue notice and call for the criminal case records." He, therefore, prays for correction of the said error. 4. The prayer, not being objected to by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is allowed. 5. In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to do the necessary correction and are granted 2 (two) days' time to amend the cause title. 6.
