By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive reliefs: “(a) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Criminal Appeal, the order of execution of the sentence vide Judgement and Order dated 09.02.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli in Sessions Case No.282 of 2023 may kindly be suspended and the Applicant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the nature of this case. (b) Any other and further order be passed in favour of the Applicant as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case”. 2. This Application was heard on 9th September 2026. At the request of Ms. Tanvi Tapkire, learned Advocate for the Applicant, this Application was fixed today so as to enable her to take instructions from the Applicant.
