By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the corpus namely Km Nagma before this Hon’ble Court on the ground that the corpus has been illegally detained by the respondent nos. 4 without any lawful authority. In addition to it, the petitioner is also praying that the corpus may be freed from the illegal custody of the respondent nos. 4. 4. Ms. Tanupriya Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that corpus (minor daughter of petitioner) has been recovered and now she is happily living with her father, therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 5.
