JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: "(a) issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 13-01-2026 and 30-12-2025 respectively the copies which are marked as ANNEXURE-J, and J1. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23749 WP No. 5106 of 2026 (b) pass any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity". 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 13.01.2026 and 30.12.2025 at Annexure-J and J1 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations, 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider the representations dated 13.01.2026 and 30.12.2025 at Annexure-J and J1 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23749 WP No. 5106 of 2026 law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
