The petitioner claims that she has right over the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She has raised objection to the official respondent through her representation/objection dated 22.09.2025 with regard to the survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with. 4.For the forgoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation/objection dated 22.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner, before conducting survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the request made by the respondents 3 to 5 seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
