This writ petition is filed in the year 2022. On 28.07.2022, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim order subject to the petitioner paying to the respondent-Bank 25% of the amount due, failing which the interim order stands rescinded on its own. The petitioner has not furnished any acknowledgment for having paid the amount as per the order dated 28.07.2022.
