Heard Mr. R.Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This misc. application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18-03-2026, passed in WP(C). No. 564 of 2025. The prayer of the applicant is to incorporate a specific direction that any supply of aluminium roofing sheets beyond the original tender value of ₹69,65,00,000.00/- (Rupees sixty-nine crore sixty-five lakh) only, must be initiated through a fresh tender process, and to specify that Clause 17 of the NIQ dated 10-09- 2024, shall not be utilized for the purpose of issuing repeat orders beyond the original scope of the tender. 2026:MLHC:303 3 3. It is noted that in the main case itself, the writ petitioner was an unsuccessful bidder in the tender process which was initiated by the NIQ dated 10-09-2024.
