Along with the representation, the petitioner had also filed supporting documents. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation seeking for issuance of gramanatham patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 2954 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation seeking for issuance of patta. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 seeking for issuance of gramanatham patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
