1. Petitioner has filed instant writ petition, feeling aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 16.10.2023 and the order dated 25.04.2024, denying to revoke the suspension.
2. Vide suspension order dated 16.10.2023, petitioner, as Head Warder at Central Jail, Alwar, was placed under suspension on account of his arrest in connection with FIR No. 273/2023 registered at Police Station CPS, ACB Jaipur, District ACB, OP Alwar 1st, Alwar, on 15.10.2023, for the offence under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. Petitioner has not placed on record any document to show that his suspension was considered by the Review Committee
[2026:RJ-JP:22553] (2 of 2) [CW-9810/2026] constituted by respondents pursuant to the Circular dated 22.03.2023 issued by them.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that, in case the issue of revocation of suspension has been considered by the Review Committee, petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition along with the latest minutes of the Review Committee. In case petitioner’s case has not yet been considered by the Review Committee, it is expected that the same shall be considered in its next meeting.
5. Stay application and pending application(s), if any, stand
disposed of.
6. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to respondent No.4.
