The claim of the petitioner herein is that the petitioner’s service connection No.2191 attached to the premises bearing Dr.No.11-14-16/A, Madhurawada, Carpenter Colony, Kommadi Junction, Visakhapatnam was disconnected without following due process of law and without issuing any notice. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. During the hearing at the time of admission stage, this Court was pleased to pass an interim order dated 08.07.2015, which is extracted hereunder: “There shall be interim direction to the respondents to restore the power supply to the petitioners’ service connection No.2191, provided the petitioner pays the regular monthly consumption charges.” 4. Pending the Writ Petition, the respondents filed counter-affidavit, wherein it is stated that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third party with regard to the subject property. However, in view of the interim direction, electricity power connection was restored in favour of the petitioner. 5 5. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more for getting instructions. 6. In view of restoration of electricity service connection, the claim of the petitioner was redressed and no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
