The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit for partition against the respondents/defendants. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that originally the respondents/ defendants were set exparte and thereafter, on the application filed by them, ex-parte order was set aside. Now, the suit is posted for framing of issues. 3.
