The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned notice dated 20.05.2016, without following due process of law, and seeking to demolish the house belonging to the petitioner. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that no interim order was granted at the time of admission of the writ petition and that, in the event the petitioner’s property is required to be proceeded against, the respondent authority shall follow due process of law. 3. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, the writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open to the respondent authority to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law and by following due process of law. 4.
